I'm a Certified Retirement and Transition Coach and hold an MBA from the University of Dallas. I coached and trained hundreds of executives and leaders since 2003.
HOW IT STARTED...
I felt lost and aimless when I stepped away from 15+ years as an Executive Coach. After taking stock, I decided I wanted to claim a new place in the world and created a new direction for Summit Coaching & Consulting, Inc. where I help people design mid-life transitions and support retirees through the non-financial challenges of retirement.
Whether working one on one with a client or in a small group masterclass, I help people gain greater clarity about their vision for the future so they can answer the questions: what else, what more and what's next?
Denise helped me through a challenging transition into the new phase of my life, for which I am deeply grateful. Although the time to retire came unexpectantly, she helped me move on from my past and build hope for freedom in my future. Now I am extremely happy knowing that I have a legacy worth living for and a plan to wake up to every day.
If you are considering early retirement and want to be prepared to build the life that you have dreamed about in retirement, then Denise is the coach for you. She helped me create a transition plan and worked with me alsong the way to launch my next big act in life. The process not only helped me to figure out “who I am” but where I want to go next.
New York City, NY
Denise’s ability to listen carefully and ask insightful questions made me think about what I really wanted in my retirement outside of the usual "relax and travel" answers. I walked away with clarity about how I want to spend my time and how I want to be remembered in the end. I now delight in my history and look forward to what’s next for me.
